2. Customer Engagement: Engage with Venuexplorer users to provide information, answer queries, and assist with booking inquiries. Maintain excellent customer service standards to enhance user satisfaction.

3. Event Planning Support: Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events offered through Venuexplorer's corporate events platform. Collaborate with the events team to ensure smooth event operations.

4. Market Research:Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the event and venue rental industry. Provide insights and recommendations to improve our services.

5. Content Creation: Contribute to content creation for Venuexplorer's website and social media platforms. Help develop engaging blog posts, articles, and promotional materials.

6. Data Analysis: Assist in gathering and analyzing user data to identify user behavior patterns and preferences. Use data-driven insights to enhance the user experience.

7. Administrative Tasks: Support the team with administrative tasks as needed, including scheduling, document preparation, and database management.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Creative and willing to contribute innovative ideas.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

PSD looks into Academic Support Intervention through our MENDAKI Tuition Programmes (MTP) for our school goers. We will also engage parents and children in our Empowerment Programmes to enhance our knowledge and discuss current affairs pertaining to education.

You will be supporting PSD in various department functions – from Event Management to Data Management & Administration, as an intern and will have opportunities to learn and work in meaningful and holistic projects for the community’s school goers and their family.

You may be expected to work between speculated times on weekdays but also be required to work on evenings and over weekends, to support PSD events and/or programmes. (claimable via working hours time-off).

1. Assist officer-in-charge on the overall planning, administration and management, and operational deliverables of the MENDAKI Tuition Programmes.
2. Supporting PSD Data Team in distributing, collecting, analysing and reporting of data and research for all PSD’s Academic Support Intervention Empowerment programmes.
3. Upkeep the database of programme for programme administration, evaluations, and audits.
