· Assist under directions of team leader in the development of business strategies by using trends and market opportunities.

· Understand client needs and have a hands-on approach in developing innovative approaches in order to attract and onboard new clients.

· Applying an understanding of digital media management by assisting with digital marketing efforts such as website updates and eDMs, and exceptional performers have the possibility of independently launching marketing campaigns

· Using an understanding of strategic marketing to update and create offline marketing materials such as product catalogues, POS displays and signage

· Contributing to new marketing initiatives such as product, price and seasonal promotions

· Managing marketing databases, CRM and administration of marketing activities

· General support to our marketing and business development team

Requirements:

· Minimum 2nd year or above or recently completed ITE, a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline

Job Responsibilities

• To review layout drawings with area designer, conduct site survey, and assign point of connect (tagging), based on capacity study of the building system report (tagging database, E-Card technical specification).
• To manage, review and update detailed building system report (tagging database) and their impact list periodically with customer.
• Able to read, understand and develop basic isometric drawings, P&ID, and PFD drawings with CAD software.
• Work on assigned project tasks independently with engineering team, project owner and sub-contractors/ suppliers.
• Coordinate with lower tier subcontractors & suppliers to meet on-time delivery, optimum cost, quality, and safety performance.
• Preparation of BQ material, work-permit application & documentation/ drawing submittal in accordance to project requirement.
• Assist Project Manager to coordinate, monitor and control in accordance to project execution, schedule, cost, and scope baselines.
• Ensuring Quality standards, and all Health & Safety requirements are adhered to our client & company organization’s policy.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Project Manager.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent.
• Possess basic technical knowledge of ultrapure piping / tubing component & fittings specification, and cleanroom utilities hook-up construction E.g. Exhaust, UPW, Drain, Gas, Chemical etc
• Proficient in basic AUTOCAD drawing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel data entry and update.
• Candidates with at least 1 year of experience in Microelectronics, Semiconductor or related Cleanroom Factory Automation environment will be preferred.
