Role Overview

As a rapidly growing education social enterprise, we are dedicated to enhancing learning experiences for children. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in business development within the education sector while contributing to meaningful social impact.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in market research to identify partnership opportunities with government agencies, schools, nonprofits, and corporate entities.
• Assist in building and maintaining relationships with partners, including proposal development based on The Glyph Learning Journey Framework.
• Collaborate with the project management team to design tailored education programs for underprivileged children.
• Support in the planning and execution of education events, ensuring smooth logistics and timely delivery.
• Maintain documentation, prepare reports, and contribute to program evaluation for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate freelancers, offer train-the-trainers’ sessions for facilitators, ensuring effective coordination and implementation.

Requirements

• Occasional weekends are required if programme falls on Saturday / Sunday (off in-lieu provided)

Job Description

• Proactively research, identify, and specify solutions to problems
• Support aspects of the business cycle, including proposals, feasibility studies and implementations
• Contribute to the preparation of presentations and reports for key stakeholders to communicate project status, findings, and recommendations.

What Will You Do:
