Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Education Sales Analyst to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience in data management, and a passion for enhancing educational opportunities for international students. Your role will be pivotal in shaping our marketing strategies and student recruitment initiatives, utilising data-driven insights to drive growth and student satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify potential growth opportunities in international student enrolments, leveraging this analysis to develop focused strategies that can effectively expand the agency’s market share within the educational sector.
- Streamline the management of student information databases to ensure they are up-to-date and accurately reflect student needs and preferences, enabling more personalised marketing strategies and enhanced student engagement.
- Generate concise reports and strategic recommendations on academic course offerings by closely assessing student demographics and preferences, which will support decision-making processes and ensure course offerings are well-aligned with market demands.
- Provide targeted advice on the development and refinement of business strategies, using data-driven insights to enhance student recruitment and retention, focusing on improving outreach and conversion rates within manageable, scalable activities.
- Facilitate collaboration with a select number of educational institutions in Australia and branches in Brazil to gather insights and data, ensuring offerings are tailored to the specific needs of international students and marketed effectively within those regions.
- Utilise data analytics tools to interpret manageable datasets, providing actionable insights that directly support tailored communication and engagement strategies aimed at boosting student interest and enrolment.
- Contribute to the formulation of practical and compliant policies that support the agency’s goals and adhere to educational and immigration regulations, enhancing the agency’s reputation and operational efficiency without overextending resources.
- Assist in the design and implementation of streamlined organisational methods that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the agency, with a particular focus on enhancing sales and marketing functions.
- Support the marketing team with focused, data-driven insights that inform digital marketing campaigns and promotional activities targeted at potential international students, aiming to maximise the impact of each campaign given the limited resources.
- Coordinate efforts across the Australian and Brazilian offices to ensure a unified approach to student recruitment and service delivery, implementing streamlined processes to maintain a high standard of student support and satisfaction without unnecessary complexity.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Fluent in both English and Portuguese, essential for effective communication across our diverse operations.
• Over 2 years of experience in data analysis, sales analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and database management.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Salary:
AUD 70,000 to 75,000 + Superannuation
