We are currently seeking a diligent and experienced Internal Quality Assurance professional to join our team at Oxford Care Services - Learning Connect. The Internal Quality Assurance role is integral to ensuring the delivery of exceptional training and education services that meet regulatory requirements and exceed industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct internal quality assurance reviews and audits to assess the effectiveness and compliance of training programs and processes.
- Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and procedures to maintain high standards of training delivery and assessment.
- Collaborate with trainers, assessors, and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Provide guidance and support to training staff on best practices for assessment, feedback, and documentation.
- Monitor and evaluate learner progress and achievement to ensure that learning outcomes are met effectively.
- Keep abreast of relevant regulatory requirements, accreditation standards, and best practices in education and training.
- Generate reports and analysis of quality assurance findings and recommend actions for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the education, training, or care sector.
- Relevant qualifications in quality assurance, assessment, or education (e.g., IQA qualification).
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards applicable to the education and care sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to upholding high standards of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
