Job Responsibilities:
Optimize Store Performance
- Analyse and review Country performance.
- Collect, analyse and interpret data related to sales, productivity, customer behaviour and other key performance indicators.
- Conduct market research on customer and cast behaviour and trends to identify opportunities to improve customer experience and cast performance.
- Identify trends, patterns and insights that can support strategic planning and improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
Operations Excellence
- Work with cross functional teams to establish regional operational guidelines, simplify operations and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Update SOM annually to ensure that processes are relevant and in line with company policies.
- Be the custodian of Store Operational process and key contact for cross functional team to refer to.
Elevate Customer Experience
- Work with cross functional team to ramp up Beauty Services in-stores.
- Work with BI or other cross functional team to create regular reports and dashboards to track and communicate key performance metrics to the Retail Team and other stakeholders.
Upskill Retail Organisation
- Support Senior Manager by providing guidance to Country Retail Ops team on best-in-class in store operations execution, customer experience and store performance.
- Create impactful PowerPoint presentation that effectively conveys our desired message.
- Perform analyses to support the presentation.
- Work and liaise with markets and cross functional departments to solicit insights and information.
Requirements
- Passion for retail and a love for beauty will be a plus!
- Experience in running retail operations
- Quick-thinking and adaptive in a fast-paced environment to prioritize tasks while managing multiple deliverables
- Good people management, communication & stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated experience working with diverse members and cross-functional teams
- Resilience & problem solving mentality
