Purpose: To manage and oversee all IT and MIS related matters, which includes but not limited to IT infrastruture, system administration, system support, business applications, network and IT security.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall effectiveness and efficiency of all IT and MIS operations,
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their requirements and cater to them to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the business
• Ensure seamless integration of various systems/software/applications
• Ensure database/IT security, network access, backup systems, etc are in place, and also security threats/vulnerabilities are identified and eliminated.
• Develop/Review/Update IT related policies, guidelines and work processes.
• Lead and manage IT projects
• Mentor a small team of budding IT Executives/Engineers

Requirements:

• Degree in IT with at least 5 years of IT experience and at least 2 years in leading a small team
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Keen interest to be updated with the changing technology
• Hands-on with critical thinking and strong problem solving skills
