Job Overview: The Golden Rise is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Campus Recruiter to join our dynamic Human Resources team. As a hybrid campus recruiter, you will have the opportunity to work both remotely and onsite, providing flexibility and a balanced work environment. The primary responsibility for this role is to attract, engage, and hire top talent from BBA and MBA programs for our company. This is a great opportunity to build relationships with universities and connect with emerging talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campus Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with universities, professors, and career services departments.
- Talent Sourcing: Attend career fairs, workshops, and other campus events to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Candidate Screening and Assessments: Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates using various assessment tools.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Application Tracking and Reporting: Manage the applicant tracking system for campus recruitment and provide regular reports and updates.
- Employer Branding: Support employer branding activities such as campus presentations, information sessions, and networking events.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in campus recruitment or related roles.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of BBA and MBA programs and the related job market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with university stakeholders.
- Proven ability to attract and assess top talent.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
