Responsibilities:
● Responsible for planning, scheduling, executing, and evaluating employer branding activities for Lokal on respective social media handles.
● In charge of the creation and circulation of the monthly internal newsletter.
● Content creation for organizational updates, festivities, celebrations, and other events.
● Assist the HR department in the management of compliance mandates.
● Working in coordination with other departments and employees.
● Assist the HR department in collating data for various requirements.
● Conduct research on HR best practices and identify areas of improvement.
● Plan, Organize and Conduct Employee Engagement Activities at the office.
Requirements:
● Graduation in any stream
● 1 - 2 Years Work Experience in HR
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Good working knowledge of MS Office and GSuite
● Knowledge and experience in basic poster designing
● Good social media management skills.
● Should be able to work for at least 8 hours per day.
● Detail-oriented with a keen interest in HR.
