About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Ops Superv. to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our Sales Ops team. What You'll Do

Provide second-level training to new employees to ensure they meet various guidelines.
Provide support in consolidating our monthly reports, in which we measure the percentage of mistakes made by the team.
Provide support in closing the month.

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented professional to join our team as a Business Development Executive II. The associate level Technical Support Specialist role is responsible for providing support to internal and external customers via phone, email, and face to face interactions. The primary objective of this role is to repair and/or provide guidance on the overhaul of certain JLG equipment in the field through the contact center. This position is the supporting position to JLG customers to increase their return on investment.
YOUR IMPACT

Troubleshoot the root cause of technical issues on equipment and identify the action to resolve the issues.
Interact with and maintain professional working relationships with customers and all appropriate departments necessary for customer support.
Participate in continuous training, both internally and externally, as required to maintain an increasing proficiency on products.
Review current JLG processes that involve documentation and work performance, JLG programs and systems that pertain troubleshooting and diagnosing.
Communicate all service related JLG documentation such as service field bulletins, information notices, and product updates to both JLG customers and employees.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or its equivalent with one (1) or more years of experience in the field or in a related area.
STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in troubleshooting manufacturing equipment.
Excellent problem solving capabilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Very detail oriented.

SUMMARY
Responsible for creating, improving, and maintaining effective processes that assist in inventory control, inventory accuracy, metric measurement, and continuous improvement throughout the materials department. Performs tasks that tie materials functions together, but also critically analyzes results to drive process improvement.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Raw Material Inventory Control
Manage the ongoing cycle count process, implement improvements
Reconcile count discrepancies through physical recounts and ERP investigation Manage critical parts shortages including daily reporting on content, effects, and countermeasures
Identify and disposition excess and obsolete inventory in conjunction with PFEP and Accounting groups
Material Review Board representative for Materials in non-compliant inventory disposition Leadership role during Physical Inventory including collaboration with internal and external auditors
- Whole Goods Inventory Control
Responsible for the Whole Goods inventory process, including chassis
Create and maintain processes and cross-functional discipline to relate physical location of chassis and whole goods to the location listed in JD Edwards
Create and maintain the transactional discipline for movement of chassis and whole goods
- Bill of Material
Through cycle count reporting and Monthly Highest Adjustment reviews, assist in determining information related to BOM and/or structure issues. Collaborate with various functions to assist in fixing errors.
- Planning
Responsible for Planning Bill creation, maintenance, and regeneration to drive MRP planning. Includes systematic and manual updates.
Partner with PFEP and GPSC groups in the setup of MRP planning parameters. Understand and correlate inventory reduction plans and strategies to planning parameters and be able to quantify the risks and rewards.

Convert reduction targets into action plans and execute

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors degree in related field with three (3) or more years of manufacturing experience.
OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong willingness to learn.
Must have materials management experience in a manufacturing environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in lean manufacturing principles, MRP based planning, visual replenishment planning, inventory control, metric creation, tracking, countermeasures, cycle counts

The Material Handler I will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels through the movement of materials. This role will identify and document incoming and outgoing materials. The objective of this role is to ensure customers having their materials processed and shipped according to schedule.

Develop bills of lading and delivery forms.
Sort inbound and outbound material to proper fixture.
Prepare picking fixtures in support of picking process.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
One (1) or more years of general related work experience or High School Diploma/GED.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or its equivalent.
Knowledge and ability to use Materials Requirements Planning (MRP).
Experience working in a high-volume warehouse with automated systems.
Forklift Certification.
