We are seeking an innovative and enthusiastic Drama Teacher to join our well established department. The ideal candidate will be committed to ensuring that all students make excellent progress and achievement at Key Stage 3 and 4. Landmarc Support Services currently have an exciting opportunity for a Training Area Operative to join the team at Wyke Regis Training Camp in Weymouth.
As the Training Area Operative you will be part of a dedicated team responsible for accounting, maintaining and replacing Military stores, and maintenance tasks on the Defence Estate, working alongside and under the direction of serving soldiers to support Royal Engineers training on the Fleet Lagoon.
This role is being offered on a 37 hour permanent contract from Monday – Friday, occasional overtime will be available.

Work alongside the Motor Transport section
Driving, operating, cleaning, accounting and maintaining the Units Mechanical Handling Equipment
Carry out pre use checks, and fault reporting on the Ministry of Defence (MOD) computerised system (JAMES)
To support visiting units during training with boats operating on the Fleet Lagoon
Supporting the Unit’s Workshop with Mechanical Handling Equipment ensuring throughputs, and workflows, relating to the planned maintenance programme
Supporting the Departments stores accountants with stores preparation/stocktaking
Crane slinging
Maintenance tasks on the Defence Estate such as; painting, pressure washing, strimming
Carry out additional tasks as directed by the Team Leader and Manager
The Ideal CandidateMandatory requirement of a Cat C (Rigid) LGV (with no more than 3 Points)
Good knowledge of Health and Safety and safe systems of work
Computer Literacy skills
Candidates must be Physically Fit
Have excellent communication skills
Ideally hold RYA Level 2 in boat operating (training will be provided)
Must hold a Full Driving Licence Valid in the UK
