• „Be part of financial related tools/systems development from planning to actual with good logic and financial background/insights.

• Assist in defining a framework for facility-related costs within the region.
• Critically assess the comparability and transparency of data collected.
• Data collection, consolidation and analysis.
• Thorough analysis of cost and other relevant data, to highlight any cost saving opportunities.

-     Any other adhoc Project

BUSINESS DIVISION CONTROLLING

• Consolidation and analysis of regional sales data
• Preparation of monthly sales report
• Credit management
• Assist controllers in reviewing the P&L of a sales division
• Tracking of new project progression (sales or cost)

REGIONAL OFFICE AND CENTRAL DEPARTMENTS

• Assist controllers to analyse cost plan and provide explanation for deviation
• Assist controllers in the Business Planning and current forecast activities

1. Support data entry in SAP system
2. Follow up the original tax invoices from supplier
3. Print and store accounting documents
4. Arrange meeting, take meeting minutes and presentation preparing.
5. Support account receivable (AR) billing and collection processes
6. Support to check the rebate/ promotion campaign with business units
7. Coordinate with warehouse/business units related to delivery and bill placements
8. Support credit control by releasing sales orders in SAP 
9. Support report generation as per assigned by supervisor
10. Any assignments by supervisor
