PROFLUID PTY LTD To be eligible for consideration for this opportunity, candidates must possess a minimum of three years of experience in Quality- Control/ Quality Assurance, Good Manufacturing Practices, or Chemical industries. You will also need a Tertiary qualification In Science and an understanding of the international standards ISO-9001, 14001 and 45001.Responsibilities of the role will include, but will not be limited to: ? Quality control and analysis of the water used for pressure testing of valves, according to standard procedures. ? Writing/ Review of laboratory reports, test certificates and instrumental calibrations. ? Management of all chemicals of the laboratory and Safety Data Sheet documentation. ? Developing quality control procedures and safety standards for pressure tests of valves. ? Conducting experiments and tests to identify the chemical composition and properties of paints applied on valves. ? Approve documents/release of goods/ NCRs close out. ? Ensure preparation and compliance for second- and third-party audit. ? Reporting all incidents, defects, and inadequacies of procedures and ensuring review and corrective actions are taken. ? Identifying and assessing risks related to Health, Safety and Environment, You will need to be able to pass several security checks inc. police clearance.
