Job Summary

This position ensures that all locations remain in compliance by keeping all business licenses and permits valid and obtaining licenses and permits prior to opening of centers and making sure all license and permit or renewed in a timely manner.

Essential Job Duties

• Will renew business license and permits for all Caliber locations and other entities
• Processing renewals which includes calculating gross receipts for prior year and estimated gross receipt to determine how much is owed
• Processing invoices that are received stamp and expense to correct location submit for approval make copies and take to Accounts Payable
• Audit files, weekly check to make sure no due dates have been missed
• If there are violations bring that immediately to managers attention so that we can immediately get resolved  
• Filing and scanning of documents as necessary
• Special projects as assigned

Skill/Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
•  2 to 3 years Regulatory compliance or Accounts Payable experience required
• Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel
• Calculate figures
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Able to work as a team or individually
• Strong attention to detail
• Independent thinker
• Able to deal with changes as they happen
