We are seeking an efficient, friendly and well organised person to join our residential property management team. This role will be a front line position, working with an engaged, driven and collaborative team to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

This role provides exposure to a variety of administrative duties within the property sector. You will have a passion for property, an attention to detail and a great personality.

You will be accountable for:

• Managing front reception desk and telephone
• Meet and greet clients
• Contractor main point of contact
• Tenant main point of contact
• Other administration duties as required

• Work in a team to carry out daily estate works, inspection on horticultural works, liaise with and supervise contractors, recommend and implement improvement works, attend to feedback, complaints and services requested by the customers.
• Handle administration duties such as calling of quotations, issuing work orders and applying for funding.

Requirements:

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Building / Estate Management / Real Estate / Engineering in Electronic & Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronic or equivalent
• No Exp / entry level welcome (job training will be given)
