Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough financial needs analysis to understand clients' financial goals and objectives.
• Develop personalized financial plans and strategies tailored to clients' unique circumstances.
• Educate clients on various financial products and services, including insurance, investments, and retirement planning.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and guidance.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth and success of the agency.

Requirements:

• Full time or part time are welcome to apply
• Strong passion for helping others and making a positive impact on their financial well-being.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Chinese Speaking is a must.
