Job Description:

• Independently manage a portfolio of audit clients and leading a team to provide a high level of service to the clients.
• Managing the audit team and ensure that all audit assignments are carried out effectively, efficiently and meeting deadlines.
• Preparing job allocation planning and manage the capacity of staff force.
• Review audit files.
• Review audit planning and identify potential problem areas for audit.
• Monitor working procedures and ensure that audit jobs are carried out in accordance with the firm’s standards, policies and guidelines.
• Provide training, guidance and mentoring team members on their personal growth and career progression.

Requirements:    

• Minimum qualification of a recognized degree in Accounting or equivalent and/or Professional Qualification such as MICPA/ACCA/CPA Australia/CIMA
• Member of Malaysia Institute of Accountants
• Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in the related field, with 3 – 4 years in supervisory role
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• High technical ability and analytical skills
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good planning and organizing skills and the ability to multitask
• Proactive, innovative and self-driven
• Entrepreneurially driven with the ability to establish excellent clients and staff relations

Responsibilities :

1. To develop and build-up sales team in our new business unit in sealant industrial.
2. To promote the brand and determine annual sales revenue & profit plans by implementing or through planning, budgeting, analyzing trends and results as well as implementing marketing strategies and activities.
3. To establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for all regions, projecting sales volume and profitability for existing and new products.
4. To present marketing program and provide the sales team with an appropriate guidance, coaching/training, information and feedback in order to achieve business strategies and objectives.
5. To oversee all customer inquiries and ensure requests are appropriately responded to in a timely manner.
6. Build a good relationships and rapport with customers.
7. Prepare monthly sales revenue/analysis/forecasting reports for Management review.

Requirements :

1. Diploma or Bachelor's in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent.
2. At least more than 5 years of working experience in business development, sales and marketing position.
3. Those with experience in industrial sealant and adhesive industry would be an added advantage.
4. Proactive, excellent leadership/communication/presentation/negotiation and listening skills.
5. Dynamic personality, self-driven and result-oriented.

2. 至少5年以上業務開發、銷售和行銷職位的工作經驗。
3. 具有工業密封劑和黏合劑行業經驗的人將是一個額外的優勢。
4. 積極主動、出色的領導/溝通/演示/談判和傾聽技巧。
