My client can offer 36 hours/week on days or 48 hours per week on nights.

The Role:
- full time hours
- Night shift covering 48 hours/pw & day shift covering 36 hours/pw
-Responsible for the assessment of nursing/care/support needs of service users
-Responsible for running the night shift
-Administer medication
-Liaise with GPs/Doctors and relatives
-Maintain all nursing records and keeping the residents Care Plans up to date.

Requirements:
-The successful candidate must be nurse qualified with a current UK PIN
-You will have good knowledge and experience within Dementia
-Previous experience within a nursing home is desired, not essential
-Personable and dynamic personality

Veterinary Nurse - Fife

We have a wonderful opportunity for a Veterinary Nurse to join an independent practice in Fife, conveniently located approximately 45 minutes from Edinburgh to the South and Dundee to the North. The practice is nestled by the Lomond Hills Regional Park, offering delightful opportunities for hill walking, and a short journey away from the captivating beaches of Aberdour and St Andrews, ideal for those who appreciate the coastal beauty.

You will become a valued member of a close-knit, supportive team dedicated to mutual care. This is an excellent and exciting opportunity for an experienced mental health nurse to join our dynamic Community Mental health Team. We are looking for registered nurses RMN, with relevant nursing experience in community settings, crisis teams and ideally in rural areas. Post graduate education would be advantageous.

There will be requirement to take part in the on call rota.

The post holder will build on existing experience as part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering best- practice, evidenced based interventions to individuals who require mental health support and treatment. They will have a sound working knowledge and understanding of current Mental Health policy and legislation. The post holder will undertake assessments of individual need; development, implementation and evaluation of individually planned care together with other members of the multidisciplinary team and partner agencies.

The post holder will be part of a team who provide both scheduled and unscheduled care which supports patients who require immediate input. Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of multi-agency working are essential.
