Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of mechanical systems, including all on-site HVAC equipment, mechanical plant equipment, and general plumbing maintenance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, implementing timely and effective solutions to minimise downtime.
• Conduct preventive maintenance activities to extend the lifespan of all mechanical plant equipment and systems, including: FCUs, AHUs, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Humidifiers, Calorifiers, Heat exchangers, Pumps, and motors.
• Collaborate with the wider team to carry out mechanical and light electrical projects, upgrades, and minor installation works

Requirements:
