As a Community Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist, you will be responsible for the assessment, treatment planning and rehabilitation of patients who have had a stroke. You will be responsible for supporting the discharge planning process of such patients, via liaison with the multi-disciplinary team in the hospital setting to ensure discharges are timely and effective for patients. Candidates should support other team members in their development, including therapy assistants and students. This will include active participation in clinical supervision sessions and leading with in-service training. We are looking to employ a candidate for 30 hours, with flexible working as an option on a 9 month contract, to cover maternity. The Security IT Audit Specialist with both strong application and network security delivery skills will need to have a deep technical understanding of Cybersecurity and financial audit practices.  They will work as an integral part of a highly productive team of seasoned technical professionals who thrive on supporting our customer's mission and growth objectives– responsible for designing, developing, leading, and implementing secure application and infrastructure capabilities for a variety of legacy and modernized systems and applications.

They will work in close collaboration with software developers/engineers, quality assurance engineers, stakeholders, and end users within Agile Engineering processes. They must have a working knowledge of enterprise class information assurance requirements, FISCAM, and network security and survivability.

They will also be responsible for supporting development of a spectrum of engineering artifacts that adequately, but succinctly captures system security requirements, application and network security design, and network security architecture. This position is responsible for ensuring that all assigned work activities are performed in a timely, secure, compliant and cost-effective manner while maintaining the highest quality of performance.

What you’ll get to do:

Serve as an Internal Audit Sustainment Team member responsible for the Audit Readiness, Sustainment and Security of custom coded and COTS applications and databases. Responsible for activities associated with delivery of Cybersecurity technical control implementation, configuration, and architectural solutions associated with customer-defined systems/software projects; basic responsibilities include:

• Implement Technical Audit Sustainment Program strategy
• Understand and assist developers with FISCAM compliance
• Enable assurance for information security during all phases of agile system development and deployment
• Secure SAP and custom designed financial support systems
• Assess entire system lifecycle requirements and network security impacts
• Enhance – Implement Cybersecurity vulnerability/ hardening testing
• Optimize – Cybersecurity development environment certification
• Work with SAP security administrators to ensure Separation of Duties, Access Controls, and audit support functionality is incorporated into the system
• Work with the CBP Independent Public Accountant (IPA) that is auditing the system by responding to request for information (RFI)s and delivering Provided by Client (PBC) data to the auditor.
• Develop Corrective Action Plans (CAPs) in response to Notifications For Record (NFRs) received from the IPA
• Evaluate the implementation and compliance of SAP GRC by working with SAP Security Administrators
• Architect & Engineer security – develop security goals, capabilities, controls, and architecture
• Maintain security posture – audit security settings, track security training, monitor threats, track reaccreditation and assist with synchronizing efforts for compliance with FISCAM and RMF
• Continuously evaluate and recommend innovative proven best business practices and tools to enhance defense-in-depth
• Monitor and inspect for approved software usage and implementation of approved security enabled software and tools
• Works to achieve, team objectives, operational plans with measurable contribution towards the achievement of results of the job function or completion of a project.
• Assist CBP with maintaining compliance with OMB Circular A-123 supporting management responsibilities for internal controls
• Apply information security in accordance with National/DHS/CBP directives security policy

You have:

Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to pass CBP background investigation, criteria will include:

• 3-year check for felony convictions
• 1-year check for illegal drug use
• 1-year check for misconduct such as theft or fraud

College degree (B.S., M.S.) in Computer Information Systems, Finance or a related discipline

Certifications: minimum Security+ CE or equivalent, CISSP, CISM or CISA preferred

Professional Experience: Seven (5+) years of technical experience and five (5+) years related with IT Financial Audit or FISCAM compliance

The AMU assesses around approximately 1,000 medical patients per month. There is provision for single-sex accommodation. The AMU comprises of AAU and a Short Stay Ward. AAU includes a dedicated assessment area and Ambulatory Emergency Care. Within the AAU there is 5 monitored trollies where we provide level 2 care. Recently, we have established a Cardiology Clinic within our Ambulatory Care where the Cardiologist provides a review clinic for AMU patients. Short stay ward is currently located in F7 which admits patients whose length of stay is less than 72 hours. There is a regular monthly AMU operational meeting, attended by all members of the multidisciplinary team. The operational policy has been agreed by the Trust. The AMU is working with other members of the trust to increase the number of ambulatory care pathways. This will be supported by the assimilation of community services under the umbrella of the acute trust. The unit works closely with the existing community services, including the Early Intervention Team, rapid response team and Suffolk COPD services to avoid unnecessary admissions wherever possible. The team have also worked with the local practice-based commissioning group to redesign the pathway for patients with suspected DVT, which was launched in early July 2010. The new pathway means that the GP performs the initial clinical assessment and gives the first dose of anticoagulation, so that the patient has to attend DVT clinic the following day for a booked assessment and ultrasound scan. This is currently under review with an intention to run the service with a specialist nurse. The AMU team are currently developing care plans to reduce the number of attendances of some patients who are admitted too frequently. They are also looking at developing the range and quality of patient information to reduce the number of subsequent readmissions. There is a well-equipped and active Post-Graduate Medical Centre which provides a varied programme of lectures and regular weekly meetings organised in a wide variety of specialities. There is an excellent multi-disciplinary library which is well-stocked with textbooks, standard journals, CD ROM journals, and there is a computer room with access to Medline, the Internet and e-mail. There are two lecture theatres, skills and training rooms, and up to ten seminar rooms. The appointee will be expected to take part in teaching the doctors in training in the Department of Medicine as well as medical students. The medical directorate operates a system of ward-based audits including three-monthly audits of DVT prophylaxis, fluid balance and note-keeping. The new appointees will be expected to support the junior medical staff in ensuring these audits are completed on AMU. Regular clinical governance meetings are held, and all consultants are expected to attend. The hospital is a popular training placement for medical students and doctors in training. The applicant is expected to participate in professional continuing medical education.
