JOB DESCRIPTION : 

* To work with operation team to ensure safety, security, facilities, cleanliness, hygiene       and welfare of the residents at all times.

Job Responsibilities:

Communicate closely with Sales personnel and customers on orders received to ensure timely delivery;

Position Purpose 

The Senior Business Support Executive plays a pivotal role in strengthening our support functions to better assist our Sales, Client Management, and Marketing teams. Key Responsibilities 

• To perform administrative activities of the department ie, letter/memo log and status, department schedule of deliverables and all other related documents of the investor management department.
• To ensure overall effectiveness and efficiency in delivery of investor management projects in specific business areas assigned by HOD or manager in charge
