Responsibilities

• Report to the Senior Facilities Manager.
• Manage Internal and External Stakeholders
• Ensure SLA and KPI are tracked and report any potential lapses.
• Ensure SOP and Method Statement are available for the contract.
• Review and plan intervals to accommodate the new development and latest policies that are introduced by Client/ Authority from time to time.
• Ensure the scope of works is performed in accordance with tender contract requirements.
• Engage with clients to address operational issues promptly, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
• Require managing 5 groups: SDAA, East /West Zone, Central/South Zone, Event/AV and CMMS/FRC.
• Participate and support Asset Enhancement Initiatives.
• Coaching and mentoring of the Managers, Engineers, Facilities Executive, Event/AV Executives, Technical Officers, and Technician.
• Observe and comply with all prevailing regulations for Fire Safety.
• To ensure all work is carried out safely and / or in accordance with Safety Procedures.
• Attend meeting by EFM or/and User or/and OEM.
• Effectively utilize Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track Preventive Maintenance, Fault Reports, and Corrective Work Orders.
• Take charge of site administration responsibilities for smooth operations.
• Drive process improvement initiatives across designated projects, employing methodologies like Lean Six Sigma (LSS) to enhance productivity and boost the bottom line.
• Actively participate in innovation and the introduction of new processes or technologies by collaborating with the Operations Technology Development team and relevant technology partners.
• Any other duties that may be assigned by the SFM.

Requirements

• Relevant bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in engineering or Architecture or Facilities Management or equivalent.
• Good communication skills to engage users, FMs and clients effectively.
• Strong analytical skill, Proactive mindset, and Problem-Solving mindset.
• Minimum 8 years of facilities and equipment maintenance experience or equivalent.
• Possess strong leadership, supervisory and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
• Able to be independent and a good team member.
• Candidates with the WSQ Higher Certificate in Environmental Cleaning for supervision will have an added advantage.
• Candidates with the WSQ Advanced certificate in Landscape & Supervision for management will have an added advantage.
• Candidates with the Fire Safety Manager Certification will have an added advantage.
• Candidates with the Food Safety Course Level 3 Certification will have an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• This person will be responsible for making sure that facility and their services meet the needs of the people that work in them. The Operations manager is accountable for all the services such as Events Management, Building Services, Maintenance and Project Management, M&E Systems, Audio-Visual System, Security System, Horticulture Services, Pest Control Services and Cleaning Services, to make sure the surrounding environment is in a suitable working condition.
• To report directly to the ACSOH Management on all Facilities Management (FM) Services including seeking his approval of taking leave.
• Exercise all reasonable skill, care and diligence in the discharge of his duties and responsibilities.
• To plan the proper sequence of actions to be taken by the technical staff and including director contractors or parties engaged by ACSOH of the FM Services in various specific disciplines.
• To plan for logistics and manpower to facilitate events held at ACSOH Oldham Hall.

Administrative

• Monitor actions taken by the technical staff and including direct contractors or parties engaged by ACSOH for the FM Services in various specific disciplines.
• To develop a systematic means of communication amongst his technical team and parties engaged by ACSOH for the FM Services and evaluate the consequential effects and interactions arising therefore.
• To identify the bottle-necks in the flowchart of various activities and to develop, in collaboration with the concerned parties, ways and means to resolve them.
• To anticipate possible delays and budget-overrun of the FM Services so that appropriate actions may be taken at the appropriate time by the appropriate parties to alleviate or to arrest the same.

Maintenance and Project Management

• To attend monthly meeting with the ACSOH management on the FM Operations requirements of the maintenance contract and project works.
• To manage and supervise the team of Housekeeping, Technical Staff, and Specialist in carrying out duties as specified herein.
• To escalate problems to the ACSOH management immediately if problems cannot be solved.
• To ensure the Scheduled Maintenance and work programmes are followed.
• Responsible for the pre and post contract and procurement administrations for A&A projects.
• To monitor KPI for all contractors serving ACSOH Oldham Hall.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
• Fire Safety Manager Certificate
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience
• Experience working with youths and young adults or in the education sector will be an added advantage
• Possess Contract Management skills and Emergency Response Management skills
• Knowledge in Facilities Management, Food Cost and Quality Management, Menu Planning and Management and basic Mechanical and Electrical Engineering

Responsibilities

• The FMEs are the key front line of the Contractor in responding and attending to each Site and Employer Representatives, to ensure that the Works and Services under the Contract are rendered and performed professionally, effectively, and efficiently.
• The FME shall assist the SFM and FM as the Site supervisors and assist the Core Team in all site measurement and records, uploading of field data to centralised computer system.

Requirements

• The FME shall possess a Diploma in Building or Facilities Management or relevant disciplines from a recognised establishment (with M&E background preferable) and a minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities:

• Attend to user’s requests and complaints via established Computerised Management Systems.
• Administer and manage Temasek Polytechnic term contractors.
• Plan, schedule, and supervise maintenance programs for building works, M&E works/services, and housekeeping services.
• Conduct regular inspections of the schools established to ensure that the premises are in satisfactory and serviceable condition and properly maintained.
• Evaluate and carry out joint measurements with contractors for their claims.
• Certify and endorse Job Completion from Contractors.
• Call quotations, evaluating and recommending to TP for works outside the maintenance contracts; provide a technical report if necessary.
• Assist in technical, energy, safety, and cleaning audits as per contractual requirements.
• Manage GR&R, improvement progress from implementation to handover, and update the team lead and project team where information is required.
• Seek FMs, Project Team, and Team Lead’s advice when procedures and constraints are encountered during the process of improvement works and GR&R.
• Assist the FM and Team Lead where assistance is deemed necessary by the management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 Years Experience (post Graduate experience)
• Relevant degree or Diploma holder in Architecture or Engineering or Facilities Management or equivalent.
• Preferably with interest in Building and Facilities management services, knowledge in some M&E Functions, and services would be preferred.
• Good communication skills to engage users, FMs, and clients effectively.
• Proactive and also work as a team player since coordination works are required.
• Good soft skills in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and good writing skills.
