Requirements:

• Minimum 4 to 6 years of integrated / digital experience in the advertising industry

• Knowledge in digital marketing, advertising and marketing communication
• Knowledge in web analytics, data driven marketing and content marketing will be a plus

2) Account Director

The Account Director is experienced in developing and executing integrated campaigns and digital advertising. He/ She will be responsible for managing up to senior level client relationships, build and grow the account portfolio on Samsung and Non Samsung clients. He/ She needs to have sound understanding of clients’ marketing and advertising needs. The incumbent will need to provide perspective and leadership in the development of the highest quality advertising product.

Responsibilities:

• Grow the account through strategic initiatives and organic revenue growth
• Always pushing for innovation and new way of doing things that helps build brand and drive sales
• Always pushing to achieve optimized results on campaigns launched.
• Be an inspiration to the creatives by distilling great insights to achieve better creative output
• Lead in new business pitches from brief to ideation

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of integrated / digital experience in the advertising industry
• Possess leadership qualities and is able to lead a team
• Must be able to work with various disciplines and different types of business portfolio and clientele
• Self-motivated, and a team player
• Vocal and confident disposition

You will build strategic partnerships with key customers to build long-term relationships. As trusted partners, work closely with customers to understand their business needs, and provide valuable logistics insights. Drive revenue maximization by increasing footprint of business of key accounts through identification of cross-selling and upselling opportunities/solutions with key accounts. Focus on customer satisfaction and retention by delivering exceptional service and customized solutions.

This is a new position; you will be part of the APAC Regional Key Account Management (KAM) team and reporting to Vice President of Key Account Management.

Key Accountabilities

• Responsible for the relationship development (upsell/cross-selling) of customer accounts.
• Generating leads, acquiring new clients, business development and nurturing relationships with Key Beneficial Cargo Owner (BCO) accounts within the region.
• Develop a deep understanding of the customer’s business and identify/explore commercial opportunities in the region.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for key accounts managed, including developing business development targets (OKRs) budgeting and KPIs.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• Tertiary qualifications preferably in Business Administration, Shipping / Logistics Management or equivalent disciplines.
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in sales / account management experience with a Freight Forwarding/Logistics company
• Experience in freight-forwarding sales.
• Experienced working in customer-centric environment (Agile experience is a plus).

The role of Account Director, Key Accounts is responsible for a portfolio of the highest spending Mintel Clients within our Global and Regional Key Account Program, primarily in the Singapore and in other SEA markets if set by APAC Management team. What You Will Be Doing

• Deliver against Mintel’s revenue targets by networking high and wide within the client organisation to deliver sales growth against targets with a strong focus on consultancy sales and upgrades
• Own commercial relationship of the key accounts in your portfolio in your market, working with global account managers to support best practices in the portfolio and drive sales growth across all Mintel regions (due to time zone differences, evening calls may be required)
• Close partnership with the Client Success team to develop and roll out Mintel’s core client servicing strategy with each client and adapt appropriately to each client’s core business objectives
• Working alongside with the other Key Account Managers to ensure maximum synergy and coordination for the benefit of the client as well as Mintel to drive growth.
• Regular strategic reviews conducted with internal stakeholders to track progress (and update accordingly) against strategic plan
• Continuously deliver creative business solutions to prove ROI and gather value statements on a quarterly basis for each client to aid in the renewal and entrenchment process

RESPONSIBLE FOR:

• Leading as the primary contact point and channel between brand team and the agency: leading the communications team, receiving briefs and adding value to them, leading internal brainstorming and workflow management, managing feedback, orchestrating and leading presentations.

• Managing page/channel daily operations, including theme/skin/layout changes when appropriate
• Collaborating with relevant teams to gather, interpret, and report insights on content that drives traffic and grows the number of fans/followers
• Partners with Planners to develop and implement highly interactive strategic responses for brand’s business and communications needs
• Provide leadership and professional development to team members, allocate work, and ensure teams exceed client expectations.

As an Engagement Director, you will:

• Serve as a high-level interim or project-based accounting resource for clients in various industries on accounting, finance, tax, and audit roles (Interim Controller, Financial Reporting Manager, Internal Audit Manager, etc.).
• Design/improve accounting processes such as: monthly close, management and financial reporting, forecasting, consolidations, and system implementations to name a few.
• Take an active and hands-on approach in executing client engagements.
• Have the opportunity to travel – the more open you are to travel, the more opportunities we can present to you!
• Pick and choose your engagements – allow yourself to enjoy your career AND life.
• Have access to full benefits package as an hourly employee.

What you will need:

• Ten years relative work experience including public accounting. Prior industry experience as a CFO, Controller, SEC Reporting or Internal Audit Manager equivalent preferred. We love Big Four alum!
• A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field required.
• Mastery in Microsoft Excel and experience in a variety of accounting software.
• CPA certification is preferred but not required.
• Prior project management and exceptional client service management experience preferred.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several  U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $260,900 -- $392,500 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.  Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
