Al Amal Business Solutions is seeking a Duty Manager for a Hotel/Golf Course in Subic, Philippines. As the Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations to ensure guests' satisfaction and profitability. Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations of a hotel/golf course with a driven attitude and excellent customer service skills.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for guests, responding to their inquiries, comments, and concerns promptly.
- Manage and supervise staff, including front office, concierge, housekeeping, and maintenance teams, ensuring that everyone is working efficiently and effectively.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability for the hotel/golf course.
- Maintain a budget that allows the hotel/golf course to operate within financial constraints.
- Ensure hotel/golf course facilities are in good condition, clean, and safe for guests and employees.
- Work with the sales and marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns and increase brand awareness.
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business administration, or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a hotel/golf course management role as Duty Manager.
- Proven experience in managing and supervising a team of employees.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet strict deadlines.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems (HMS) and point of sale (POS) software.
- Knowledge of revenue management strategies and cost control procedures.
