We currently have an exciting opportunity for a full-time FE Course Manager/Lecturer to join our Animal Management Department here at our Middlesbrough campus, Stewart Park. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is capable of working with others and is responsible, passionate and knowledgeable about the overall animal management sector and has an enthusiastic approach to teaching.
Reporting to the Curriculum Team Leader, this role will course manage Animal Management students, which will include teaching across various levels. Responsibilities include the day to day administration and tracking of the students within your course management group, providing academic support and study skills as necessary and teaching a variety of modules across the department.

This role offers a unique opportunity to support the GCSE English and Mathematics (resit), curriculum, fostering confidence and skills across various levels. The main focus will be on teaching GCSE resits for both English language and/or mathematics, with potential for some entry-level (pre-GCSE) learning.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Arborist Apprenticeship Course Manager to join our Apprenticeships Department based here at our York campus. This role will be working 37 hours per week on a permanent basis.
We are seeking an individual who will be responsible for planning and deliver high quality training to an agreed teaching caseload, delivering a range of arboriculture skills. This role also involves visiting apprentices in their workplace to carry out checks on their progress, so a full UK driving licence is essential, as well as the physical ability to access workplaces.
The successful candidate will have relevant knowledge and skills alongside recent practical experience in the industry, most likely in a Arborist role.
Educated to level 3 or above in a relevant subject, candidates should be willing to work towards a teaching qualification. With excellent knowledge of industry, you will have current qualifications in most or all of the following:
