JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Customer Service cum Data entry Officer

• Work in tow truck company , deploy tow truck driver from location A to location B and also update customer Estimated arrival timing.
• Liaise with sub contractor to deploy tow truck , trailer or lorry crane if necessary.
• Daily data entry the jobs and coordinate with accounts department for billing.
• Responsible for center's inventory and simple logistics
• Other administrative and ad hoc duties, e.g. filing documents
