Role- Project Manager
The Project Manager supports the project director for large project deliveries, or acts as the main project manager for other projects. Depending on the size of the project, we may have one or more Project Managers following the overall support and technical project management activities.
Responsibilities include:
• Ensuring that all Temenos project deliverables are completed on schedule, liaise as required with relevant Temenos departments.
• Assist client project manager with confirmation of the project scope and clear business objectives and assists with the analysis of the critical success factors of the implementation project (Revise Statement of Work & Solution Blue-Print).
• Assists with the preparation and communication of the Project Plan to relevant parties.
• Managing the Temenos project team to ensure appropriate resourcing for project delivery.
• Obtains delivery and ensures quality of all documentation including:
o Sign off for all project documentation
o Project deliverables and agreed milestones
o All Change Management Process items.
• Prepares project status reports, assists with escalation of issues and attends project meetings representing Temenos.
• Provides timely and accurate updates on all issues, communicating any changes that may impact project timelines, to client and Temenos senior management.
• Tracks Temenos product deliverables, maintains and tracks budget.
• Assist with the creation and management of the Risk Management report & plan.
• Represent Temenos in the Change Management Process.
• Assist the client with the creation & maintenance of the project team’s communication plan.
• Provide relevant project management support in a timely manner.
• Attend inter Steering meetings with other parties from Temenos.
• Participate in related project activities / meetings / fact-findings & resolutions / root cause analysis / post implementation review, as and when required.
• Ensure Temenos performs adequate Testing on the Initial system build before delivering to the client.
• If necessary, conducts SIT and UAT defect review and discussions with the client at agreed frequency.
• Coordinate fix deliveries for software errors/non-conformities identified and reported by the client during SIT, UAT and go-live stages of project implementation.
