Job Description

• Carry out loading and unloading work and delivery product
• Ensure that deliveries are carried out responsibly and on time
• Ensure goods deliver tally with the invoice and delivery order
• Manage in-coming and outgoing shipment for accuracy, any damage or non-conformance
• Ensuring regular upkeep of physical inventory in systematic order in its racking location.
• Assist stock-take with Purchase and Logistic executive
• Ensure that vehicle is well maintained and report if any fault
• Fetching of staffs to work daily from designated places and via versa after work
• Promote efficient work improvement of warehouse and shipment
• Clean up the warehouse and perform safe work
• Assist in workshop for any assembly or repair jobs
• Ad-hoc duties by HOD or MD

Job Requirements

• Valid Class 3 and Class 4 driving license with knowledge of Singapore road.
• Min 1 – 3 years work experience as driver with good driving records
• Valid Forklift license
• Able to handle Warehouse and delivery work
• Must be punctual, dependable and time management
• Dynamic, Self-motivated, Team player
• Able to speak / write basic English to handle queries
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
• Comfortable with computer

Reporting Function

• Directly report to QA and Operation Manager
