• Conduct research on real estate markets, sectors, trends and development.
• Assist in preparing periodic reports and updates on the investments and portfolio performance.
• As the firm’s investment mandate is global, extensive travel may be required and within short notice.

Requirements

• Relevant degree in real estate, or a related field
• Limited experience or Possess 1 year of working experience in real estate preferred.
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good presentation skills.
• Proactive, resourceful, detail-oriented and independent.
