This role sits within the Client Insights team and is responsible for supporting the strategy to optimise Client Lifetime Value potential. Role will need to use data analysis to understand current status across the client base, and to develop methodologies to enhance this financial potential for the business. Key accountabilities of the function
Define global strategy for client lifetime value, managing key projects and coordinating the strategy with all key stakeholders to enhance income potential
Analyse Clients Insights gathered by the broader Client Insights team and examine current purchase cycles to identify opportunities to enhance the overall client experience and monetisation of experience potential
Establishing innovative ways to showcase insights to the broader business and work closely with the Data Science and digitalisation team to enhance tools and CLV insights
Analysing return on investment for differing client segments and utilising the data to inform the wider business and drive insight based decisions
Steer the development of a non-traditional client experience with a number of direct and indirect touchpoints (beyond traditional business model) to optimise income opportunities
Provide meaningful intelligence and insights to key stakeholders in the business to continually improve and refine processes
Work closely with internal departments to understand where income potential lies and devising ways for the business to access this potential and convert to profit
Analysis of CRM data to provide intelligence and insight
Consult with key stakeholders to share insights and guide business strategy to optimise income opportunity
Skills and Qualifications:
