What You will do:

• Work with the production planner for shipment booking by analyzing the production schedules planned.
• Facilitate the shipping of products from one destination to another.
• Arrange transportation, deliveries to meet operation demand without delay.
• Manages activities throughout the order fulfilment to ensure established deadlines are met.
• To carry out and execute all daily jobs received from customers and ensure that all information is relayed down to the respective Operations Teams at the end of the day
• To perform billing and ensure the accuracy of the invoices raised
• To perform data entry into the respective systems in an accurate and timely manner
• To attend to customers’ requests or calls in a timely and professional manner
• To do up any reports as and when assigned to by the management.

• Supports and is committed to the Quality Improvement Process.
• Develop the new work instructions when it is applicable upon new process.
• Participate in EHCP programs as nominated or projects as assigned.

Position Details

• Responsible for the logistics and planning adherence of the EHCP operation.
• Owns the KPI of operation excellence, inventory control, production costs, SIFOT, STO etc set by the management for the warehouse operation.
• Must be willing to work in Jurong Island.

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or relevant education qualifications
• Minimum of 2 years logistic/production planning experience with chemical operation preferred
• Self-starter with a strong focus on safety and quality. Independent Leader with strong communication and influencing skills
• Team player with good problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills
• Results-oriented with a keen eye for details
• Ability to direct, train and motivate co-workers
• Understanding of SAP or any ERP system

Preferred Requirements

• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines.
• SAP experience with MM and SD module in SAP is highly desirable.

• Assist the Division Chief in providing oversight and analysis of Financial Institutions issuing trust fund agreements and Insurance Companies issuing surety bonds.  Includes the suitability and effectiveness of regulatory provisions governing the operations of savings and loan or similar institutions.
• Provide oversight and management of surety bond and trust fund agreements.  Monitoring both instruments and issuing notices to cure to trust providers with underfunded trusts.  Executes suspension procedures on brokers/freight forwarders operating authority registration if available financial security fails below the required limit. 
• Manage, direct, coordinate, and supervise programs and activities for the Division of Financial Responsibility Filings. Work in conjunction with special process improvement teams to ensure that motor carriers, freight forwarders, and brokers comply with all registration and financial filings, to include process agent filings. 
• Develop policies and procedures on financial responsibility filings and process agent regulations to ensure that FMCSA has comprehensive compliance with regulations and enforcement requirements.

The Ideal Candidate will serve as the Deputy Division Chief (Supervisory Financial Analyst), responsible for the management and oversight of the division. Works to ensure that motor carriers, freight forwarders and brokers comply with safety and operating authority regulations including financial and process agent filing requirements.

The Lead Financial Analyst:

•  Assists with the investigation of stakeholder complaints on trusts that are not in compliance with regulation, unpaid claims by trust providers, brokers/freight forwarders who fail to pay, and entities issuing trusts (financial institutions) and surety bonds (insurance companies).
•  At the direction of the Division Chief and Deputy Division Chief develops procedures and processes for providers of surety bonds and trust fund agreements to notify FMCSA of any financial failure or insolvency of a broker or freight forwarder and initiate cancellation of the respective financial responsibility.  Executes surety suspension/civil penalty procedures to suspend a surety/trust fund provider’s authority.
