Faculty positions are ten-month, full-time, tenure-track assignments at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor, effective for the fall 2024 semester. College of Business and Public Management, Department of Accounting and Finance
Business Law – to teach a range of undergraduate and graduate courses including, but not limited to: Business Law and Ethics at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Candidates should have a record of recent publications in peer reviewed academic journals and a strong agenda for future research and publications; perform outreach to the professional community; engage with public service contributions that promote equity, diversity and inclusion; and provide vision and guidance in the area of business law education and the profession.
Qualifications: Juris Doctor or Doctorate degree from an accredited law program and industry or teaching experience are required. An established record of high-quality research publication is required for the Associate level position. Relevant practical business law experience is desired. ABD candidates will be considered with degree completion by September 1, 2024.
