Main purpose of job

• Responsible for SEA accounting and finance functions

Accountabilities

1. SEA accounting and finance functions

• Responsible for effective accounting operations and governance;
• Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual closing to ensure all financial and management reporting deadlines are met;
• Provide senior management with budgets and periodic forecasts, including bookings, sales, margins, SG&A, EBITDA and working capital;
• Run annual budgets and forecasts, including the roll-out of regular re-forecasting cycles and processes;
• Developing, coordinating, and reporting budgets and forecasts for individual departments;
• Operating performance for the upcoming month, quarter and year;
• Leading, training and guiding finance team to achieve company goals; and
• Ensure adequate and effective internal control systems are in place and in compliance with SOX requirements, and to properly safeguard company assets

2. Financial planning and analysis

• Developing efficiencies and process improvements within the team’s work streams;
• Partnering with departmental leaders to determine and support financial analysis needs;
• Managing financial aspects of projects by determining key drivers, driving the right set of analyses and presenting the conclusions;
• Monthly reporting and variance analysis, including backlogs and bookships;
• Product margins and performance (also Business Unit performance);
• Customer margins and performance;
• Regional margins and performance;
• Prepare ad-hoc management financial reports as required;
• Prepare management reporting packs in a timely and clear fashion, with risks and opportunities readily identified; and
• Support APAC VP Finance on ad-hoc tasks as required.

3. Legal, Health and Safety

• Accounting or finance degree preferred
• CA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent preferred
• 10+ years of post qualification experience with more than 3 years in FP&A function and at least 5 years’ of managerial experience in leading finance teams, preferred

ArchiPro is essentially a hub where professionals like architects, builders, and suppliers, as well as various brands, can display their work and offerings. It serves as a connection point for individuals who are starting their own construction projects. Our goal in the next 5-7 years is to become the default building platform globally. You will play a pivotal and instrumental role in unlocking the potential that lies ahead for ArchiPro.

Your contributions will extend beyond the traditional roles of a CFO or Head of Finance, you will be responsible for helping architect ArchiPro's future and navigating the complexities of scaling from a start-up/scale-up to a global player.

We're not going to bore you with a list of "Key Responsibilities" or "Job Requirements" as with your depth of commercial acumen and experience you'll already know what's required when working for a start-up scale-up. This will include you being responsible for driving growth rather than just maintaining the current state. You will need to bring a wealth of experience and expertise in building and scaling businesses while carefully navigating and orchestrating the necessary changes and transformations required to propel ArchiPro to new heights.

You will be a right-hand person to our CEO, meaning you will want to own your role as if you were a Founder of our business.

It is a must that you already have a good track record working with different start-ups scale-up platforms in the following areas: Marketplace, SaaS, and Subscription. You will have a deep understanding of VC world, raising funding, helping grow and scale companies beyond 150+ teams globally, and ideally have been part of the Capital Raise Series B. The appointee will be part of the Procurement team and be responsible for duties primarily related to Procurement.

Responsibilities:-

· Process purchase requisitions including demand aggregate, term contracts, direct contracting documents etc. in GeBIZ platform.

· Assist users on their queries relating to above purchases.

· Update information required in Procurement Database.

· Assist in any other procurement related functions when required.

Requirements:-

· Min. GCE ‘O’ Level

· Proficient in MS Office applications

· Good team player who is self-motivated and can complete task within deadlines set

· Able to work independently

· Possess good communication and interpersonal skills

Working Hours:

Mon - Thur 8.30am-6.00pm

Fri 8.30am-5.30pm
