The Role:
Supervise and coordinate the fulfillment activities within all departments for Caja systems, pick stations and packing areas. This includes, but is not limited to, ensuring communication with all fulfillment key staff, proper distribution of work flow, pack wave management within HighJump WMS Caja WMS, and Pyramid WCS, a solid understanding of priority cut off for all channels, strict adherence to departmental policies and the timely processing to accommodate
SLA requirements, ability to monitor OPT report for fulfillment with a solid understanding of open workload assessment. Act as a resource and support the implementation and execution of the Shortage, Safety and Training Programs.
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Supervises employees who use a variety of equipment such as PIT forklifts, conveyors, and hand carts to move materials within a warehouse.
- Develop and maintain productive, effective, and professional relationships with peers, superiors, auditors, and others.
- Manage/coordinate all DC operations.
- Properly utilize resources, equipment, technology and facility for all distribution operations (inbound, inventory control, quality control and outbound functions).
- Understand and achieve all functional area performance metrics (service, cost, quality and accuracy) for all channels of business

- Responsible for assessing open workload within the fulfillment departments for Caja systems, pick stations and packing areas. Must work with fulfillment key staff to assess daily workflow and adjust as needed by working with managers to make sure we are adequately staffed to sustain meeting SLA requirements for all channels/brands. Responsible for calling out overtime as needed by assessing open workload.
- Responsible for ensuring quality, accuracy, pack wave completion for both Caja systems. to make sure all planned pack waves for the day have been fully PICKED/PACKED 100% by required deadline.
- Responsible for working with managers on staff planning requirements for peak and non-peak season.
- Responsible for mentoring and supporting all key staff daily to assure we are focusing on leadership development to include much focus on soft skills.
- Responsible for making sure all department areas are always kept clean and organized regardless of season.
- Works closely with other departments such as Customer Experience, Vendor Compliance, Quality Assurance, Shipping and Receiving.
- Continues improvement – Observes departmental working areas within the fulfillment department working alongside with key staff. Helps by putting together CCR Form for departmental enhancements. Focus on efficiencies.
