4. 文件和報告：
擔任 ISO 等品質管理系統的文件控制者
9001等相關標準。
保持準確的生產數據記錄、品質控制檢查和
糾正措施。
準備並提交有關生產和品質績效的報告
管理。
5. 健康與安全：
促進安全的工作環境並遵守健康和安全政策。
參加安全訓練並確保團隊成員遵守安全規定
指導方針。

6. 客戶聯絡和審核準備：
就品質問題與客戶聯絡並協調內部糾正和
預防措施。
準備並參加監管機構和客戶的審核，包括
需要採取後續行動來結束審計。
安排和監督客戶工廠驗收測試 (FAT)，確保
產品符合客戶的規格和期望。

資格：
工程、製造、品質保證或相關領域的學士學位。
擁有豐富的生產或品質控制經驗以及監督經驗
首選。
對生產流程和品質控制原理有深入的了解。
優秀的分析、解決問題和決策能力。
強大的領導能力、溝通能力和人際交往能力。
熟練使用微軟Office。

要求：

• 具備擔任人力資源營運經理、人力資源經理或類似職位的豐富工作經驗。
• 精通勞動法。
• 人力資源資訊系統的實務經驗。

• 良好的分析和決策能力。
• 團隊管理能力。
• 至少擁有人力資源管理或相關領域的學士學位； MSC 是一個優點。
