工作職責：

• 透過電話、電子郵件或即時聊天及時回覆客戶詢問，並提供準確的資訊或協助。
• 認真傾聽客戶的疑慮，解決問題，找到適當的解決方案，確保客戶滿意。
• 達到或超過關鍵績效指標 (KPI)，例如呼叫解決時間、客戶滿意度評分、首次通話解決率和遵守時間表。
• 隨時了解產品或服務、公司政策和行業趨勢的最新信息，以便為客戶提供準確且相關的資訊。

工作要求：

• 至少 SPM 畢業生並精通英語和中文。
• 擁有客戶服務經驗，最好有呼叫中心經驗。

工作時間：

• 5.5天，固定早班

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, or live chat, and provide accurate information or assistance.
• Listen attentively to customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and find appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call resolution time, customer satisfaction scores, first call resolution rate, and adherence to schedule.
• Stay updated on product or service offerings, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM graduate and proficient with both English & Chinese languages.
• Possessed experiences in customer service line, preferably in Call Centre.

Working hours:

• 5.5 days, fixed morning shift
