3. Mempunyai Ijazah Sarjana Muda atau Ijazah Sarjana dalam bidang Pengurusan Sumber Manusia, Pentadbiran Perniagaan atau Pengurusan yang diiktiraf oleh Kerajaan daripada institusi pengajian tinggi tempatan atau kelayakan yang diiktiraf setaraf dengannya.
4. Mempunyai Sijil Profesional Sumber Manusia adalah satu kelebihan.
5. Minimum lima (10) tahun pengalaman dalam bidang dan taraf yang sama.
6. Mempunyai kemahiran komputer yang baik, termasuk mengenal pakej perisian kewangan dan Microsoft Office 365.

Deskripsi Tugas Utama :-

Bertanggungjawab untuk membangun, melaksana dan mentadbir semua inisiatif dan aktiviti pengurusan dan pembangunan sumber manusia yang berkesan dan cekap untuk mencapai objektif perniagaan dan menjadikan syarikat sebagai majikan pilihan, berprestasi tinggi dan mencapai kepuasan bekerja, di dalam lingkungan pematuhan kepada polisi, peraturan dan Akta Pekerjaan 1955.

Key Responsibilities 

• To perform administrative activities of the department ie, letter/memo log and status, department schedule of deliverables and all other related documents of the investor management department.
• To ensure overall effectiveness and efficiency in delivery of investor management projects in specific business areas assigned by HOD or manager in charge
• Assist Head of Department and Managers manage output, workflow and office deadlines.
• Take and relay accurate and timely messages from telephone callers, emails, memos and answers queries where possible upon approval by the HOD.
• Take minutes for all meetings related to the divisions/ department
• Draft, type and dispatch all the Head of Division/Department correspondence.
• Maintain a comprehensive filing system and ensure traceability
• Database administrators are responsible for the management and maintenance of Investor Management department databases. Database administrators' duties include maintaining adherence to a data management policy and ensuring that databases are functional and fully serve the purpose.
• Responsible to create and maintain multiple databases on a timely manner and ensure accurate and updated information is captured in all the database ie: contact details of the government agencies, list of potential investors and list of activities for reporting purposes.
• Responsible for compiling and maintaining a proper and systematic filing systems for all the paperworks i.e, incoming/outgoing letters, proposals, memos, company profiles etc. and ensures good safekeeping of all important documents.
• Arrange domestic requirement that involve visitation or special program lead or involving by Investor Management i.e local transportation for site visit, issuing placeholder meeting, and all other necessary arrangement required.

主要責任

• 確保HOD或負責經理指定的特定業務領域的投資者管理專案交付的整體有效性和效率
• 協助部門主管和經理管理產出、工作流程和辦公室截止日期。
• 在 HOD 批准的情況下，接收並轉發來自電話呼叫者、電子郵件、備忘錄的準確且及時的訊息，並儘可能回答查詢。
• 記錄與部門/部門相關的所有會議
• 起草、打字並發送所有部門主管的信件。
• 維護全面的備案系統並確保可追溯性
• 資料庫管理員負責投資者管理部門資料庫的管理和維護。資料庫管理員的職責包括遵守資料管理策略並確保資料庫正常運作並完全服務目的。
• 負責及時建立和維護多個資料庫，並確保所有資料庫中捕獲準確和最新的信息，即：政府機構的聯絡資訊、潛在投資者名單和用於報告目的的活動清單。
• 負責為所有文書工作（即傳入/傳出的信件、提案、備忘錄、公司簡介等）編制和維護適當且系統化的歸檔系統，並確保所有重要文件的妥善保管。
• 安排涉及訪問或特別項目主導或由投資者管理部門涉及的國內要求，即現場訪問的當地交通、召開佔位者會議以及所需的所有其他必要安排。
