Restaurant Manager

As the Restaurant Manager you will work as part of the kitchen team to help develop and deliver our food offering. This includes food for our matinee/evening audiences as well as delivering a menu for our corporate hospitality suite when required. You will also be responsible for keeping the kitchen to a high level of cleanliness alongside completing all relevant risk paperwork and work collaboratively with our central Food and Beverage, risk and procurement teams. You’ll also be responsible for leading your team. This role reports to our Customer Experience Manager and work closely with our box office and cellar teams as well as liaising closely with the venue general management and wider complex team.
