Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide the first level of IT support to all reported incidents and service
requests.
2. Assist in the maintenance and monitoring of computer networks and IT
systems.
3. Support the IT team in installing, configuring, and updating software
and hardware.
4. Participate in the troubleshooting of system and network problems,
diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
5. Help in the development and maintenance of IT documentation and
assets inventory.
6. Provide technical support across the company (this may include
training non-IT staff on new systems or software applications).
7. Assist in project work, such as the implementation of new IT solutions
to improve business efficiency.
8. Other admin tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
