• Developing of different recruitment strategies to partner-up with more clients in the industries/ and to attract the right candidate pool.
• Close working relationship with Leaders to coordinate publicity and recruitment exercise
• Work closely with all parties in ensuring successful outcome for all positions
• Continuously maintaining of good rapport with existing clients and candidates.
• Sourcing, interviewing and matching candidates’ profiles with clients’ requirements, including interview coordinations
• Any other duties/tasks which may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field of studies
• At least 2-4 years of experience in recruitment
• A good track record of successful placements in any industries
• Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI Basic)

In the role of a Senior Fullcycle Recruiter, you will partner directly with our client to understand & support their recruitment needs, including candidate engagement & stakeholder management. You will be recruiting for role such as sales and hardware engineers. This is a contract role that will go until the end of the year and could get extended.

Job Scope :

- Develop new sales opportunities and generate sales revenue in Southeast Asia for Automotive / Consumer / Industry market.

- Service existing customers.

- Handle issues like delivery management / Quality issue management / Customer relation management / Credit risk management

- Other ad hoc duties

Requirements:

- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

- 3 - 5 years of working experience

- Must possess experience in Electronic Components

- Self motivated and excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Able to start work immediate or short notice

Job Scope:

- Prepare and generate quotation based on customer enquiry and follow up quote approval process

- Follow up on purchase orders

- Issue and verify sales order

- Maintain and upkeep sales and customers records

- Work close with Planning and Logistics teams to achieve deliverables

- Communicate deliverables to customers on a regular basis

- Discuss equipment requirements with customers

Requirements:

- Diploma / Degree or equivalent.

- 2 years of relevant experience

- Experience in Semiconductor or Equipment environment an added advantage

- Strong interpersonal and communications skills

- Effectively team player and able to work independently
