Job Scope :

- Coordinate across various engineering competencies in order to develop the required technical solution for customer quotes.

- Analyze requirements (Customer and Internal)

- Decompose requirements into architectural blocks, I/O interfaces and system requirements/design that are assigned to various engineering team.

- Serve as central technical interface between the customers and the project team.

- Generate and manage product mechanizations and block diagrams

- Generate and manage requirements compliance matrix

- Including ASIL decomposition and cybersecurity control mechanism impacts

- Generate and manage Product Technical Documents to capture product requirements and implementation.

- Assist EE/ME with Bill of Materials for various electronics and power electronic products

Requirements:

- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent

- 5 years’ of relevant working experience

- Good foundation knowledge in hardware embedded systems

- Knowledge of electric and Hybrid electric vehicle drive systems and applications.

- Familiarity with Inverter, DCDC Converter, Onboard Charger, Battery Management System or Motor control

- Familiarity with ASPICE, Functional Safety and Cyber Security development an added advantage

- Design new workstations and Implement layout plan

- Provide routing and support capacity study, Line Balancing

- Participate in cost improvement program

- Administer CIP process and reports

- Design new work method (standard work)

- Verify and audit standard work and timings

- Study changeover and minimize changeover time to support small lot production

- Identify and eliminate waste through process and application of lean tools (e.g PFP, MSD etc) to improve productivity

- Implement small lot production control system

- Develop address system, and visual controls and implement them on the shop floor

- Support Industrial Engineers in their job function
