Company Profile
Sunbeam International College is a privately owned Training Organisation (RTO), providing quality vocational education and training programs (VET) to international students. The institute is constantly engaged in academic improvement through quality processes and industry partnerships. Sunbeam runs 3 Campuses in Sydney and Adelaide.
Duties & responsibilities
Work with existing and new contacts at education agencies in Australia and overseas.
Recruit education agents.
Complete all related documentation in a timely manner.
Develop new relationships with education agents both locally and internationally.
Build relationships with existing agents to recruit students for vocational courses.
Screen education agents to ensure they meet our entry criteria for successful enrolments.
Identify and explore all possibilities to promote the college and courses.
Achieve monthly student enrolment targets for the allocated market/s set by the college.
Monitor agent's activities to ensure their compliance with relevant codes and Sunbeam policies & procedures.
Communicating and coordinating with Education & Migration Consultants and other Student recruitment channels
High level verbal communication skills, including effective public speaking, including the ability to develop and frequently deliver presentations to a range of audiences.
Assist Marketing Team to design and implement Marketing plans and strategies
Knowledge of ESOS Act, the National Code, and Immigration Student Visa regulations
Demonstrated Sales and /or Marketing experience in the International Education market.
Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
Sound understanding of cross-cultural issues and benefits.

Protects organisation's value by keeping information confidential and follows policies & guidelines.
Monitor and provide feedback on training quality, enrolment process/selection & related tasks.
Provides high standards of service to students by working with admin staff/colleagues/marketing officers.
Other tasks as directed.
Key Skills and Requirements
Must be living in Australia (Burwood Sydney)
Experienced
Must have a good list of relevant contacts in the education industry.
Background in relationship management
Proficiency in English
Previously worked as a Marketing role in any RTO/CRICOS in Australia
A flexible and adaptable attitude to your work, combined with a positive approach to problem solving will suit this position.
Experience working in Multicultural organization and understanding of local and international student requirements is essential.
