Responsibilities:

Project design and project management, coordinating on behalf of the CRA Regulatory Group with internal stakeholders, including business officers, legal, compliance, and risk.
Exercise both thought leadership and initiative in developing and leading the bank’s efforts to implement changes to the CRA program in response to Citi’s evolving business model and regulatory requirements.
Provide ongoing support to the development and implementation of CRA scorecards including Lending, Investment and Service.
Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of how areas of CRA analysis collectively integrate to contribute to achieving the Bank’s overall CRA performance goals.
Oversight of CRA Data including KRIs to monitor CRA assessment.
Assist in collaboration with First Line CRA partners in tracking CRA goals and initiatives to address gaps. Review monthly reports for Mortgage scorecard, Small Business scorecard, Branch distribution scorecard, Service activity including volunteer hours, Community Development Investment activities, and Community Development Loans.
Provide review and summary for Branch service activity including usage rates of alternative delivery systems to management.
Create management reporting to various CRA committee meetings. Effectively challenge the qualification for Community Development Loans (CDL’s), CRA Investment activities and Community Development Service activities.
Develop, maintain, and document methodology and adaptation to support CRA program.
Responsibility for ad-hoc reporting requests for data analytics. Ability to create complex reports requiring multiple parameters, summarizing data with crosstabs, using sections underlay for groups, and related report functions.
Stay abreast of CRA related regulatory changes and assist in implementation of requirements for the relevant line of business.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and project management skills and ability to work on teams and with others
Minimum 10+ years experience in data reporting and database management, preferably in CRA or Compliance function.
Experience in a cross- functional environment working with various consumer products and constructing and explaining CRA requirements is essential.
Knowledge of CRA reporting software and designing reports in database such as Tableau.
Proficient with Microsoft office products, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.

The IA CBNA team is a central team within IA, reporting to the Chief Auditor for Citibank, N.A. Job Description

The Audit Manager is an intermediate level role responsible for managing a team that is performing complex and critical audits and assessments of Citi’s risk and control environments in coordination with the Audit team. The overall objective is to manage an effective Internal Audit team, that ensures the firm meets audit standards and regulations in partnership with business leaders and the develop, execute, and evaluate audit plans.

The individual will be a member of the IA CBNA team reporting to the CBNA IA Director focusing on matters across CBNA and select audit activities. The SVP is part of the core member of Citi’s internal consulting (IC) organization. Support conducting and incorporating leading practice assessments and benchmarking as required.
Participate in leveraging change management approaches and methods and support the assessment of organization capacity and readiness for change. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed. Other job-related duties may be assigned as required. As the Acquisition Product Strategy Manager, this individual partners with acquisition channel heads to develop effective offers and messaging. Serves as the primary liaison to the product management team on strategic initiatives, leading and optimizing go to market strategy to meet product objectives.

Responsibilities:

Developing and articulating portfolio strategic objectives
Lead articulation of go to market strategy and learning objectives
Ensuring regular review of acquisition metrics
Providing product input and insights for creative development
Maximizing portfolio results, within the broader set of products, channels, and priorities for acquisitions
Provide acquisition subject matter expertise in product management
Partners with product on pricing strategy, new products and enhanced value props
Partner with Risk/Analytics to prioritize product and cross channel initiatives
Monitors test performance and proactively recommends rollout
Monitors and tracks account volume, works with channel owners to explain variances and plan around changing behavior
Provide acquisition subject matter expertise in product management and overall P&L discussions
Project management lead on approval process for acquisition programs including: management and negotiation of timelines, creating team alignment and providing strategic thought leadership.
Owns overall marketing strategy and marketing roadmap
Sets strategy, aligns with Citi Channel acquisition teams
Optimizes across “owned “ (eg core Citi and Partner channels ) and “earned” (eg PR, Brand, Advocacy) channels and drives efficiency
Manages any new product launches or product construct changes across acquisition
Partners with product on pricing strategy, new products and enhanced value props
Reviews creative and provides insights into marketing messages
Facilitates sharing results, test plans, forecasts, and priorities with product management team;
Provides inputs into quarterly strategy review and approvals
Provides input into forecast
Drives growth through strategic initiatives
Lead strategic projects as required

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience
Broad knowledge of analytics, marketing, risk, and operations.
Strong knowledge of regulatory environment in this industry.
Needs to fully understand risks associated with consumer protection laws and ongoing changes in industry that carry large visibility to the company.
Requires deep understanding of the business and how best to optimize the use of internal and external resources as well as cross-functional teams.
Expertise in devising multiple financial solutions that solve for multi-faceted business problem (accounts, activation, risk performance, ANR, CPA, ROTA, NPV).
Strong customer focus and past achievement in applying a customer mindset to shape solutions and approach to realize marketplace potential and meet financial goals.

The Internal Audit Financial Risk Team provides audit coverage for a broad range of risk stripes within Independent Risk Management (Second Line of Defense), including Enterprise Risk, Operational Risk, Market Risk, Wholesale Lending Credit Risk, Counterparty Credit Risk, Retail Credit Risk, Liquidity and Treasury Risk and Capital Risk. The team provides audit assurance on a broad range of risk management activities, including identification, measurement and management of financial risks, risk governance and alignment with local and global regulations. The teams’ key stakeholders include Chief Risk Officers responsible for the respective risk stripes, and product and regional risk managers.

The Senior Audit Manager is a senior level management position responsible for managing a complex and critical unit within Internal Audit, in coordination with the Audit team. The overall objective of this role is to develop and execute a robust Audit Plan, and direct complex audit activities for a component of the business at a regional or country level. This Senior Audit Manager role requires solid knowledge and experience of audit fundamentals.

Responsibilities:

Deliver audit reports, Internal Audit and Regulatory issue validation and business monitoring and governance committee reports
Manage audits of all types of reviews, including possibly leading the most complex audits.
Review and approve Business Monitoring Plans and Quarterly Summaries
People Management for a small team across multiple locations

Identify solutions for a variety of complex and unique control issues, utilizing complex judgement and sophisticated analytical thought

Partner with Directors and Managing Directors to develop approaches for addressing broader corporate emerging issues
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Preferred: Specific subject matter expertise regarding Enterprise Risk Management including Risk Identification, Risk Appetite, Risk Governance and Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) Heightened Standards

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in a related role
Related certifications (CPA, ACA, CFA, CIA, CISA or similar) preferred
Demonstrated successful experience in business, functional and people management
Proven ability to execute concurrently on a portfolio of high quality deliverables according to strict timetables

The Americas Payments Pricing Manager will be responsible for supporting the pricing strategy of Cash Management products for NAM and LATAM and driving its execution. The candidate will work with partners across Sales, Coverage, Product, Billing, etc. to define the pricing parameters and processes for products across TTS in order to support client deal pricing on an ongoing basis as well as evolve the economic model for the TTS business.

The individual will also have responsibility to periodically review the client base for suitability of current pricing levels, with modifications where appropriate, in addition to helping out with side projects such as Internal Audit, Re-pricing initiatives, revenue leakage opportunities, among others.

Key/Selected Responsibilities

Responsible for the pricing of both Cash and Commercial Cards deals in the NAM/LATAM regions
Strong working partnership with the Sales and Product teams in order to identify suitable pricing for each client, in addition to partnering with the Data & Analytics team, ensuring a good understanding of the existing product / account / charge codes to form the basis of client pricing
Build a strong working relationship with the Commercial Cards organization, specifically the Network Management team, by hosting bi-weekly meetings and ensuring that Cards pricing is profitable
Create individual pricing proposals for Commercial Cards clients that strike a balance between competitive yet lucrative for Citi, focusing on reduced usage of the Citi balance sheet
Establishing a governance process for new price points to be introduced in NAM/LATAM, as well as establishing a governance around Commercial Cards and Cash products pricing
Execution of fee re-pricing across different client sectors by working across various teams to communicate these changes; ensure repricing is applied properly to clients’ existing pricing
Create specific pricing packages to be offered across the country by working closely with product partners and Data Teams, and the Sales organization
Monitor the inflow of Commercial Cards deals and assign these deals to respective members of the Pricing Team
Make recommendations to Senior Management with fully fleshed out strategy and business cases for Pricing proposals
Review client profit ratio and make decisions related to pricing
Lead trainings for other team members, especially analysts and more junior colleagues, by walking them through deals and creating training guides and materials for future team members to follow
Assist in ad-hoc projects that come across the Pricing desk, such as Internal Audit, Sign-On Bonus approvals, go-forward Product pricing conversations, etc.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree, Master’s a plus
6+ years of related experience, in Banking and Cash Management products preferred.
A highly motivated and experienced professional prepared to lead and manage a complex yet important pricing execution and strategy of Cash and Commercial Cards in the NAM/LATAM regions
Knowledge of Payments & Receivables products and the nature of how clients use these services, how they are priced, etc.
Experience in collaborating across teams in order to receive relevant information from each respective team required in order to price properly.
Bi-lingual in Spanish a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel advanced proficient preferred, PowerPoint proficient)
