Project manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction project from inspection to completion. Be a team player in delivering sucessful construction projects by effectively managing resources, schedules, budgets and stakeholder expectations.
- Supervise and inspect construction works to ensure compliance with approve architectural drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with architects and engineers to understand the project details and requirements
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to address construction-related matters
- Resolve any problems occur on technical and site issues that rise during the construction period.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Attend client/Achitect/Consultant meeting
- Developing comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets and resource allocation
- Ensure all construction works meets quality standards and project are delivered on time within stipulated scope and budget
- Resolving issues and conflicts that arise during construction
- Assist in the preparation of project closeout documents, including progress, issues and recommendations.
- Performance any other job responsibilities assigned by the management as and when required
