We are looking for a Senior Geotechnical Design Engineer with at least 4 years’ experience in geotechnical design, analysis and writing technical proposals. The Senior Geotechnical Design Engineer should also be proficient in the use of Plaxis 2D and 3D, as well as in their knowledge of soil mechanics.

Reporting to the Design Manager, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with the Business Development Team to provide design support for tenders. You will be expected to review tender specifications, requirements and draft the technical proposals. Likewise, you will be working closely with the Operations team to perform design-related coordination work, analysing geotechnical issues at project sites, and preparing detailed drawings for the site team. Finally, you will be expected to guide and train junior engineers.

Design support for tenders:

• Review and summarize soil condition reports, tender specifications and requirements.
• Identify and summarise geotechnical problems and technical risk.
• Analyse geotechnical problems and draft technical proposal.

Design-related coordination work for ongoing projects:

• Perform analysis and design in accordance with current legislation, standards and codes of practice
• Guide and train junior engineers
• Prepare detailed construction drawings with the assistance of draughtsperson.
• Conduct regular site visits to integrate design concept and actual ground conditions.
• Quality Control (QC) review and verification between design assumptions and actual site conditions.
• Carry out geotechnical analysis and design using tools such as Slope/W and Plaxis as well as Keller’s in-house software.
• Conduct back analysis and research for future improvement based on actual performance and as-built data.
• Prepare technical proposal for remedial work during construction when required.

You will need:

Job Description

They are looking for an experienced Staff Design Verification Engineer to join our dynamic team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of experience in the field of semiconductor design verification and a proven track record of success in developing and executing verification plans for complex SoC designs. The Design Verification Engineer will be responsible for the verification of digital and mixed-signal designs, including systems-on-chip with multiple CPUs, and digital signal processors, security hardware, and other logic for IoT applications.

• The ideal candidate should have demonstrated successful design verification tasks at block, sub-system, and full-chip level.
• Must have participated in all phases of chip development, from creating test plans, creating testbench environment (SV/UVM), integrate VIP’s, automate test env for randomized testing and score boarding.
• Utilize UVM to create drivers, monitors, predictors, and scoreboards.
• In-Depth knowledge of SoC architecture with AMBA AXI/AHB/APB, DMA’s,Security, clock, and power-gating techniques is required.
• Responsible for verification of block(s) that includes writing tests, assertionand coverage for a block.
• Create tests to achieve coverage goals while verifying functionality.
• Develop support utilities for verification automation, test bench automation, regression, to improve productivity.
• Develop tests to evaluate power and performance aspects of the design.
• Perform gate-level-simulations and participate in supporting FPGA and Post-silicon bring-up

Requirements

• BSEE/MSEE Degree 8-12 years of experience at block, sub-system and full- chip verification.
• Strong in understanding multiple architectures, integrating 3rd party IP’s/VIP’s, have worked with mixed-signal designs with low-power design and verification challenges.
• Experience with System Verilog simulation required.
• Strong understanding/exposure to Design Verification for low-power batteryoperated designs highly desired.
• C based verification in an SoC environment is required.
• Experience with ARM processor-based designs and low-power designtechniques is a plus.
• Languages: SystemVerilog (UVM), Verilog, C/C++, Python, Makefile
• Technologies: ARM SoC (Preferred), AMBA AXI/AHB/APB, DMA, FlowControl, Serial Devices, QoS
• Preferred technologies: MIPI(CSI/DSI), Crypto, OTP, DSP, Low-Power

Job Description：

1. Works with the front-end design team to complete the chip floorplan , clock architecture, and powerplan .

2. Takes charge of the physical design tasks from the Netlist to the GDS2, including P&R, formal verification, static timing analysis, physical verification, power analysis, design for reliability (DFR) and tapeout.

3. Researches the physical design methodology of advanced process nodes, and builds an automatic physical design platform.

Position Requirements:

1. Holds a bachelor's degree or above in electronic engineering, microelectronics, or computer science.

2. At least 4 years of work experience in the digital backend design field.

1. Hands-on project experience is required.

2. Tapeout experience at advanced technology is prefered.

3. TCL , Perl or Python script development and familiar with EDA tool design will be plus.
