The UC Engineer provides technical expertise integrating and managing collaboration with the Microsoft UC product range including Lync, Skype for Business, O365 Skype Online, and Teams solutions.

Candidates need excellent problem-solving and customer service skills, as well as extensive experience with network hardware, software applications, operating systems and network connectivity.
