Job Title Summary:
Delinea is looking for Automation Engineers to develop, use, and maintain a Selenium-based framework for creating and running automated tests in an Azure DevOps pipeline environment. Automation Engineers will modify the framework to optimize automated test creation as well as coordinate with the automation test team in creating and maintaining highly resilient automated tests for commercial software products.

Senior Product Manager - Platform Summary:
As the Senior Product Manager for Delinea Platform, you will play a key role in shaping and implementing the strategic vision for our platform's services. Responsibilities include overseeing shared services related to license and entitlement management, along with the asset discovery service. Regional Vice President of Sales Summary
The Delinea Regional Vice President of Sales – U.S. leads a team of Regional Sales Directors and Account Managers and supports the delivery of the full sales cycle to organizations with annual revenues of $500M and above. This remote position requires a motivated self-starter who will be responsible for all net new sales into Enterprise Accounts, $500 Million to $10 Billion as defined by Delinea based on annual revenue. What You'll Bring:

Track record of success in identifying, cultivating and closing six figure+ transactions.
Ability to conduct both executive level presentations and high-level technical presentations.

Enterprise Account Manager Summary:
This remote position requires a motivated self-starter who will be responsible for all net new sales into Enterprise Accounts, $500 Million to $10 Billion as defined by Delinea based on annual revenue. Position Summary
Delinea is seeking a talented Technical Support Engineer to join our outstanding Global Technical Support team, providing world class support to our enterprise customers. Our ideal candidate must be an energetic self-starter with a desire to learn new things. This individual should have a strong technical background in Cybersecurity or comparable field and a minimum of two years’ experience. The position requires the ability to troubleshoot escalated customer issues, perform log analysis and configure feature sets. We are looking for a candidate with strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
What You'll Do:
Provide post-sales phone and email support to the Delinea customer base.
Resolve technical customer problems and drive process/policy improvements through root cause analysis.
Call customers to troubleshoot technical issues.
Participate in group problem solving meetings to overcome challenging issues.
Researching and solving complex issues.
Working closely with Team Lead to meet SLA and customer requirements.
Test and verify product functionality to reproduce customer issues.
Document detailed failure and solution information within cases.
Participate in weekend on-call support as needed.
What You'll Bring:
2+ years in a Technical Support Engineer role preferred.
2-year degree required; 4-year degree preferred DS in Computer Science/Engineering a plus).
Experience with SQL 2012 R2 or higher.
Ability to write and demonstrate SQL queries or scripts preferred.
1+ year(s) of hands-on administration experience in at least one of the most common Unix platforms (Linux, Solaris, AIX, HPUX etc.).
Experience with PowerShell, Bash or other scripting languages a plus
The ability to code in any programming language is a plus.
Knowledge of installing and maintaining webservers (IIS etc.).
Prior working experience with .NET applications is highly desired.
The ability to troubleshoot applications deployed in a Mac OS environment is a plus.
Strong written and verbal English skills required.
Ability to work with diverse worldwide team members and management.
Proficiency in Spanish and/or French is a plus.
