- You will apply comprehensive knowledge and application of the concepts, principles, regulations, and policies governing Federal equal employment opportunity complaints including relevant judicial and administrative decisions.
- You will ensure EEOC reporting requirements are met for assigned program areas.
- You will brief Deputy Director EEO and Diversity on all phases of EEO program area including procedural issues and potential systemic problems for all EEO groups, to include individuals with disabilities and target disabilities (IWD/IWTD).
- You will recommend, develop, and present EEO and related training and briefings to supervisors, managers and all other employees.
- You will provide input to agency's annual MD-715 report required by OPM and EEOC, and diversity program initiatives.
- You will study and evaluate new and complex legislation, public laws, regulations, policies, and procedures related to EEO.
