Responsibilities:
• To plan & ensure all works are completed on time in compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Responsible for liaison with Project team members, including contractors, sub-contractors, and authorities on all site matters.
• To resolve any technical problems or issues faced at the work site.
• Attending client/consultant/site/technical meetings.
• To ensure the company’s resources, including equipment, manpower, materials, etc., are put to best use.
• To ensure the quality of work is maintained at the highest standard and to promote the company’s competent image in the construction industry.
• To ensure OSH risk assessments and EMS impact & aspect register are conducted and implemented in company operations.
Requirements:
• At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field and in a similar position.
• Preferable with work experience in Design & Build Company previously.
• Self-motivated, have good communication skills, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English and report writing skills.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Able to speak Mandarin will be an advantage.
