Logistics Systems and Process Support Role & Responsibilities

- Support all sites to maximise opportunities through a specific inhouse networking system (TCT) , working with Superusers to integrate with local planning tools.
- Use trending and analysis to identify inefficiencies and opportunities within the transport network, keeping accurate progress on the central Pipeline log and using a standard costing model to agree cost impact with site and local Finance Controllers
- Support all implementations of changes and resolve any issues collaboratively, escalating when needed

- To observe, recognise and report on machinery or component defects or symptoms of impending failure.
- To service adjust and repair machinery and equipment using the necessary tools in a safe and proper manner.
- To use the CMMS system effectively recording information accurately.
- Utilise CMMS historical data for improvement initiatives
- To use CMMS historical data for fault trending and quick resolution for fault finding

The Commercial Finance Business Support role, on 12 months FTC in our MMI business, is a perfect stepping stone towards business partnering, allowing you to transition from traditional accounting and reporting through to variance analysis and generating insights. This role allows you to gain direct exposure to our commercial teams and customers, whilst working under the guidance of experienced business partners. In the role of Commercial Finance Business Support (FTC) the key responsibilities will include:


- Having a detailed understanding of the underlying monthly performance.

You will support and co-ordinate customer, vendor and pricing data requirements inclusive of all administration support to the Customer, Vendor and Pricing MDM Team.You will ensure Credit Applications and all Customer, Vendor and Pricing data set ups are executed accurately and timely, ensuring Business SLAs are met.

Customer, Vendor and Pricing Administrator key responsibilities:
- Create and maintain customer master data in core systems within agreed KPI.
- Create and maintain vendor master data in core system within agreed KPI.
- Create and maintain pricing master data in core systems within agreed KPI.
- Process customer applications and extensions in accordance with the legal entity. Ensuring core system alignment and the risk of any potential bad debt is mitigated.
- Process vendor requests through workflow working collaboratively with the Müller Buyers and SSC-PO Team.
- Provide administration support to the Customer, Vendor and Pricing MDM Team.
- Monitor & respond to general email enquiries.
- General system housekeeping duties.

- Good technology skills preferably with knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP but not necessary.

- Good MS Excel skills.
- Demonstratable high level of attention to detail whilst having the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines either on own initiative as well as part of a team
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Excellent time management to work towards SLAs

We are recruiting in our Normanton Leeds – Logistics office for a Logistics Support Administrator.
The purpose of the role is to support the logistics function in clear and accurate reporting with trending and analysis. Process adherence , compliance management and support for week closures and financial impacts.

Key Responsibilities:

- To consolidate all sites daily performance across collections from manufacturing sites through to assett returns to Dairies
- Collation of individual sites collection profiles including reasons for non adherences
- Collation and escalation of non adherences and reporting progress
- Reporting clear target areas for improvement to relevant sites and monitor progress
- To supply daily reports of assetts movements and trends including stock holdings by sites
- To supply forecast Vs actual performances on sales and stock holdings
- To report on stock availabilities by sites daily including shorts and reason
- Download weekly KPI reports
- Isotrac data consolidation and trending
- Reporting top 5 stores focus areas with reasons
- Delivery analysis inc vols and timings
- Vehicle fill adherences and opportunities
- Central Liason with CSC on daily performance / adherences
- Waste reporting including Tipping
- mass balances
- Loads for disposal
- Assett reporting by sites on returns
